Re: Introduce Yourselves!

I'm Jameson.  I have epilepsy and it stinks.  It started when I was in a car accident on I-4 when I was on my way to a waterski tournament.  I wasn't suppose to make it through that night but I did and now I have grandmals, complex partial and absent seizures.  Most of the time my twin Scott is going to be on here because I'm not so good at typing and spelling anymore.  What we're going to do, to tell us apart is when it's me I'll reply in blue and when it's Scott he'll reply in red.

Now it's Scott.  Jameson and I are twins, I'm older and cooler lol.  We're all having a crappy time with Jameson's seizures but it gets a little better with time and as we get use to it.  He didn't mention this, but he has a seizure dog named Miller who goes with him everywhere and he's a huge help.  I don't know much else to say.  We live in Georgia on my Grandpa's Antebellum Plantation and we hate it.  We're Tampa boys and we really really want to go back home.

Re: Introduce Yourselves!

   Welcome Scott and Jameson,

I am glad that you both signed up, posted to the forum and introduced yourselves. Thank you for joining Tuesday night chats last night. I am glad both of you were able to participate.

It is truly an inspiration Jameson when you can share your story. I think it is great how supportive your brother is by typing the words that you would like to say while one the computer, and on the chat sessions every Tuesday night.

Scott,

I think it is great how supportive you are with your brother. I  bet you have learned a lot of  helpful hints about Epilepsy through this journey.

Jameson,

I am glad that you will be  participating, and we are all looking forward to hearing more about your story. I hope all is well.

We hope to see you both for Tuesday night chats next week, and posting to the forum as well.
